NAKHEEL «Palm Jumeirah Fronds»

Palm Jumeirah Fronds is the villa zone of Palm Jumeirah by Nakheel: sixteen fronds (A to P) branching from the trunk of the island, each a private cul-de-sac of beachfront homes with direct access to the water.
The housing stock is two collections. Garden Homes are the original four- and five-bedroom villas on plots of about 6,500–7,000 sq ft with a private beach strip, garden and pool. Signature Villas are the larger line: five- to seven-bedroom homes on plots from 13,000 sq ft with wider beach frontage, staff quarters and space for extensions. A growing share of the fronds is fully rebuilt contemporary mansions on the original plots, up to ten bedrooms and 20,000+ sq ft of built-up area.
Each frond has gated entry and its own beach; residents use the Palm’s infrastructure — Nakheel Mall, Golden Mile, the monorail, Atlantis and the Palm West Beach restaurants. Dubai Marina is about 10 minutes away, Downtown Dubai around 25 minutes. Fronds were handed over from 2007 onward; secondary market.
