UNION PROPERTIES “MIRDAD 1”

MIRDAD 1 is the first tower by Union Properties, located in Motor City. The complex consists of four towers united by a shared podium. The first tower includes two basement levels, a ground level, a podium level, and nineteen residential floors. The building is designed in a modern architectural style and, together with the shared podium, forms a cohesive architectural ensemble. Spacious terraces and landscaped areas create a sense of lightness and open space.
MIRDAD 1 features residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom lofts, as well as commercial spaces. The interiors are designed in a minimalist style using warm natural tones, wood, and stone.
The complex offers swimming pools, fitness centers, spa areas, a cinema, children’s playgrounds, a clubhouse, a sports complex, a zen garden, and a yoga studio. The project also includes Retail Island — a retail zone with shops, restaurants, and cafés, as well as underground parking for residents’ convenience.
Thanks to the convenient location of the complex, travel time is 14 minutes to Dubai Hills Mall, 18 minutes to Mall of the Emirates, 19 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, and 20 minutes to Burj Al Arab. Travel time to Dubai International Airport is 24 minutes, while Dubai Maktoum International Airport can be reached in approximately 30 minutes.
