THE FIRST GROUP “The Spirit”

The Spirit is a residential development by The First Group, located in Dubai Sports City.

The project offers apartment residences designed with contemporary layouts and modern interior finishes, suited to the active urban community that Sports City is known for.

Residents have access to a range of on-site amenities typical of the development, including a swimming pool, fitness facilities, and communal leisure areas. The surrounding Sports City neighbourhood provides additional recreational infrastructure, including sports academies, stadiums, and open green spaces.

The project is scheduled for handover in 2026.
