TARAF DEVELOPMENT “Fay Valley”

Fay Valley is a villa community developed by Taraf Development, located within Masdar City in Abu Dhabi. The project offers a selection of modern villas designed with contemporary layouts and finishes suited to the character of this established planned district.

Residents can expect amenities typical of a gated villa community, including landscaped open spaces, recreational areas, swimming pools, and dedicated parking. Masdar City’s wider infrastructure also provides pedestrian-friendly streets and proximity to established retail and transport connections.

Handover of the project is scheduled for 2030.
