NAKHEEL “Corner Plot”

Corner Plot is a residential villa community developed by Nakheel, located within Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai.

The project comprises standalone villas set on corner plots, offering contemporary layouts designed to maximise space and natural light. Each residence features modern interior finishes suited to family living.

Residents have access to a range of community amenities typical of villa developments in the area, including landscaped open spaces, recreational facilities and dedicated parking. The community’s position within Jumeirah Village Circle provides convenient connectivity to major road networks and nearby retail and dining options.

Handover of the project is scheduled for 2026.
