GRID PROPERTIES “Eira”

Eira is a residential development by Grid Properties, located in Dubai Production City.

The project offers a selection of modern apartments with contemporary layouts designed to suit a range of living needs. Residences are finished to a current standard with well-considered interior design and practical space planning throughout.

Amenities are expected to include a swimming pool, fitness facilities, landscaped communal areas and covered parking, in keeping with developments of this type in the community. Ground-level retail or café spaces may also form part of the podium offering.

Dubai Production City is an established mixed-use district in Dubai, providing residents with access to retail centres, dining options and key road connections linking to the wider city.

Handover of Eira is scheduled for 2029.
