AL SEEB REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT “Welcome Residency”

Welcome Residency is a residential development by Al Seeb Real Estate Development, located in the Arjan district of Dubai.

The project offers a collection of modern apartments finished in a contemporary style, catering to residents seeking a well-connected address within one of Dubai’s established mid-rise communities. Arjan sits in close proximity to Dubai Hills Estate and the Miracle Garden area, providing convenient access to retail, dining and leisure destinations.

Residents can expect amenities typical of a development of this kind, including a swimming pool, fitness facilities and landscaped communal areas, alongside covered parking for residents and visitors.

Handover of Welcome Residency is scheduled for 2026.
