Mazaya Business Avenue by Al Mazaya Holding is a complex of three identical 45-storey office towers, AA1, BB1 and BB2, on Al Worood 3 Street in Cluster A of Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, on the edge of Jumeirah Islands; the towers are 180 metres tall and were delivered in 2011–2012.
