ALDAR PROPERTIES «Saadiyat lagoons phase 2 — Al Sidr»

Al Sidr is the second phase of Saadiyat Lagoons, a villa community developed by Aldar Properties on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The project continues the development of one of the island’s established residential districts, offering villa residences with contemporary layouts and modern finishes.

The community is designed around a natural, landscape-led environment, in keeping with the character of Saadiyat Island. Residents can expect amenities typical of villa communities of this scale, including communal pools, recreational areas, landscaped open spaces and pedestrian pathways.
