AZIZI “Shaista”

Shaista is a residential project developed by Azizi Developments, located in the established Al Furjan community in Dubai.

The building offers a range of studios and apartments finished with modern interiors, designed to suit a variety of residents. Units are thoughtfully laid out to make practical use of available space.

Residents have access to a swimming pool, a gym and retail units situated on the ground floor of the building. Al Furjan itself benefits from good connectivity to major road networks and is close to a range of community amenities including schools, retail and dining options.
