ELLINGTON “The Meriva Collection”

The Meriva Collection is a residential development by Ellington Properties, situated on Dubai Islands, one of the city’s emerging coastal destinations on the northern edge of Deira.

The project offers a range of apartments with contemporary layouts and modern interior finishes, designed to complement the waterfront character of the surrounding area.

Residents can expect access to amenities typical of Ellington developments, including a swimming pool, fitness facilities, landscaped communal spaces, and covered parking provisions.

Dubai Islands continues to develop as a mixed-use coastal district, with planned retail, leisure, and hospitality infrastructure in the broader neighbourhood adding to the appeal of the location.

Handover of The Meriva Collection is scheduled for 2030.
