WASL PROPERTIES “Cedarwood Estates South”

Cedarwood Estates South is a villa community developed by Wasl Properties, situated within the established Jumeirah Golf Estates master community in Dubai.

The project offers a collection of modern villas featuring contemporary layouts and finishes suited to residential family living. Jumeirah Golf Estates is a well-known golf-oriented district, and the community benefits from its leafy, low-density surroundings.

Residents can expect amenities in keeping with villa communities of this type, including landscaped common areas, pedestrian pathways, and access to the broader infrastructure and leisure facilities that Jumeirah Golf Estates provides, such as golf courses and clubhouse venues.

Handover of Cedarwood Estates South is scheduled for 2029.
