The Citadel Tower by Deyaar Development is a 48-storey office tower in Business Bay, Dubai, designed by Dar Al Handasah and completed in January 2010. The 201-metre building has a fully glazed, curved façade that opens up views of the canal and the Business Bay skyline, a total built-up area of about 1.1 million sq ft, 565,000 sq ft of office space in 406 units and 29,000 sq ft of retail on the lower floors.
Offices are delivered shell-and-core or fitted, from about 887 sq ft to full floors, with a business lounge, conference rooms, electricity backup and high-speed internet. The tower has a six-level parking podium with about 1,370 spaces, five passenger lifts and a service lift, a large lobby with concierge and 24-hour security, and supermarkets and cafés at ground level.
The Citadel Tower stands on Marasi Drive near Al Aamal Street, a short distance from Sheikh Zayed Road and Business Bay Metro station. Ownership is freehold and the tower is completed and occupied.
