EMAAR “JW Marriott Hotel Marina”

JW Marriott Hotel Marina is a 38-storey hotel and serviced-residence tower by Emaar Properties on the Dubai Marina waterfront. The building opened as The Address Dubai Marina and was rebranded under JW Marriott, part of Marriott International, in 2024. It stands directly above Dubai Marina Mall with internal access to the mall and the Marina Walk promenade.
The residential floors offer freehold studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments from about 540 to 1,910 sq ft with private balconies and panoramic marina or skyline views, fitted kitchens and hotel-standard finishes; many units are sold furnished. Residents use the hotel amenities: an infinity pool and children’s pool, a spa, a fitness centre, sauna and steam rooms, several restaurants, cafés and lounges, a residents’ lounge, valet parking and 24-hour concierge, with WiFi and chiller included in service charges.
JBR Beach, the Marina tram and the DMCC metro station are within walking distance, and the tower has direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road. The building is completed and ready.
