DUBAI GENERAL PROPERTIES “Dubai Islands / Mr8”

Mr8 is a villa community developed by Dubai General Properties, located on Dubai Islands, one of the city’s emerging coastal destinations.

The project comprises a collection of villas designed with contemporary layouts and modern interior finishes, offering residents spacious living arrangements suited to family living.

The community is equipped with amenities typical for this type of development, including landscaped open spaces, a swimming pool, a fitness facility, and dedicated parking for residents.

Dubai Islands provides convenient access to the broader coastal infrastructure of the area, with waterfront promenades and leisure facilities in close proximity to the community.
