ALDAR “Al Ghadeer Gardens”

Al Ghadeer Gardens is a residential development by Aldar, located in the Al Layyan community within the Al Ghadeer master-planned area, situated on the Abu Dhabi and Dubai border.

The project offers a range of modern apartments designed with contemporary layouts and practical finishes suited to everyday living. Residences are spread across a number of buildings that form part of the broader community setting.

Residents have access to a selection of amenities typical of Aldar community projects, including swimming pools, fitness facilities, landscaped open spaces, and children’s play areas. The development benefits from its position within Al Ghadeer, which includes established retail, dining, and recreational options.

Al Ghadeer Gardens is well connected to both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, making it suitable for residents who commute between the two emirates. Handover details have not been confirmed at this stage.
